Key responsibilities include, budgeting, communication, event organization, and monitoring and supporting contracting/procurement processes with hospitals to achieve company goals. The goal is to successfully support internal processes and commercial activities.</p><p></p><p>The role holder needs to be well-organized, flexible, and passionate about working with complex projects and driving to success.</p><p></p><p>This position is a hybrid role with possibilities to work from home, but with ability and expectations to work in the Exact Sciences Office facilities in Stockholm.</p><p></p><p><b>Essential Duties</b></p><ul><li>Proactive management of cadence for commercial events (incl. budgeting and follow-up)</li><li>Collaboration with Country Head and Leadership team for planning commercial events</li><li>Managing contracts, documents for both external events and hospital procurement</li><li>Provide administrative support for onsite and offsite meetings and events</li><li>Support onboarding of new employees</li><li>Liaise directly with various outside groups, (i.e., Advertising, and PR agencies)</li><li>Work directly with internal parties (especially Sales Team) on a wide range of projects</li><li>Manage the ordering system for promotional materials</li><li>Support and comply with the company’s Quality Management System policies and procedures</li><li>National level Congress planning and event management</li><li>Sales Meeting coordination and agenda building</li><li>Uphold company mission and values through accountability, innovation, integrity, quality, and teamwork<br /> </li></ul><p><b><span>Minimum Qualifications</span></b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree (preferred) and 2&#43; years of experience in related field or top post university graduate talent entry into Medtech/Pharma/Biotech Industry</li><li>Experience collaborating with commercial field teams and cross-functional therapy area teams and project management</li><li>Knowledge of market structure and landscape within at least one of the Nordic countries</li><li>Experience in working with creative agencies and other external partners to support business goals</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office programs</li><li>Strong team working skills within a matrix organization</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple timelines</li><li>Strong attention to detail, quality-oriented with the ability to see the big picture</li><li>Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills</li><li>Highly organized and self-motivated</li><li>German and English skills in written and oral</li></ul>#LI-AK1<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p>Our success relies on the experiences and perspectives of a diverse team, and Exact Sciences fosters a culture where all employees can develop personally and professionally with a sense of respect and belonging.
