This role will have responsibility for providing data-driven market insights to ENT Global Leadership Team.
The Commercial Analyst will utilise internal and external datasets to provide tangible business insights that drive commercial execution and help accelerate revenue growth. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining reports, datasets, dashboards and presentations that can be used to convey the ENT strategy and provide key market insights to the wider ENT cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is someone adept at analysis who can simplify complexity to a wide audience with the ability to bridge data and strategy, converting insights into commercial impact.

What will you be doing?
Build and Maintain Sales Analysis Tools:
Utilise key internal and external data sources to provide insights that support execution of the Global ENT strategic plan
Assist the Finance, Ops & Commercial teams in developing data insights for key markets
Assist in the development of sales performance and opportunity management metrics
Support Global Strategic Planning and Monthly Business Reviews:
Work closely with Finance, Commercial and Marketing teams to understand the data analysis support needed to articulate the Global ENT strategy throughout the organisation
Provide graphical data representation that convey market trends to cross-functional teams
Develop dashboards to assist with measurement of annual objectives and KPIs
Inform Go-to-Market Strategy:
Provide analysis on market share data to Global Marketing & Commercial teams using internal and external data sources
Share insights that can be used to inform resource allocation and sales channel optimisation
Provide feedback and analytics to Global Marketing on sales force effectiveness across various measures: new product launches, pricing, and balanced selling
What will you need to be successful?
Education: Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business, Sales, Operations Management, or related field.
Experience:
Experience in Medical Devices or Healthcare related industry is preferable.
+5 years of experience in experience working with Commercial and Finance teams.
Demonstrable ability to work with, manipulate and report on large datasets.
Fluent in English.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Power BI, or similar analytical tools.

Familiarity with Salesforce.com desirable
