<p style="text-align:inherit"> </p><h2><b>JOB DESCRIPTION:</b></h2><p>REPORTS TO<br />Country Manager<br />PRIMARY FUNCTION:<br />• In-charge of managing data for both internal and external sales which includes preparation of regular sales performance reports and dashboards for management<br />• Assist in tracking KPIs for the sales team<br />• Ensure accurate monthly sales force performance reporting<br />• Analyze sales data for strategic insights<br />• Work closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams to align strategies and targets<br />• Monitors and organizes sales and inventory information for appropriate local and above country reporting<br />• Manages and tracks PAF system via encoding and coordination with distribution partners.<br />• Reviews billing submission of Distributors and suppliers to ensure efficient trade spending<br />RESPONSIBILITIES<br />1. Takes charge of on-time release of sales reports to the ADC team:<br />- Sales Dashboard (i.e., 3X/week)<br />- Senior Citizen & PWD Data Report (Upon availability of the report)<br />- Monthly Inventory & Sellout Report (Every 5th of the Month)<br />2. Sales and inventory information<br />▪Monitors and organizes sales (including salesforce crediting) and inventory information for appropriate local and above country reporting.<br />3. On-time reporting and reconciliation of Trade Spend (i.e.,TDP) on a monthly basis for ZPC and E-commerce Distributor in coordination with local CFS and ADC Finance.<br />4. PAF Encoding and Process Management<br />•Checks and screens PAF proposals and encodes them in the system.<br />• Sends approved PAFs in system to the National Distributor and coordinates this between Abbott and Distributor.<br />• Maintains reference files and follows-up approval within the PAF process.<br />• Support tender processes and negotiations with data insights.<br />5. Sales Field Personnel Coordination<br />• Acts as link of field sales force to Abbott office.<br />• Receives and sends documents, reports, communication to and from the sales field personnel.<br />6. Business Unit/ Sales Force Administrative Management<br />• Reviews and screens administrative documents for the Business Unit and sales force (Expense Reports, Request for Business Expenses, CME and Operational reports).<br />• Routes, tracks and monitor Business Unit/ Sales Force documents for processing and approval<br />• Compiles, records and maintain files for the Business Unit/ Sales field personnel.</p><p></p><p>Knowledge & Experience:<br />• With work experience in commercial sales finance and analytics.<br />• High proficiency in MS Office / Excel<br />• Communication and Interpersonal Skills<br />• Organizational Skills</p><p></p><p>Competencies required:<br />1. Coordinates with Trade on PDR documents<br />2.
