Co-Op, Global Sustainability (July - Dec 2026)(Hybrid)

Insulet’s Global Sustainability team is seeking a motivated student to join our team as a co-op for July-December 2026. The role will support our Global Sustainability team and be primarily focused on projects related to Insulet’s global circular economy and product sustainability programming. The position offers structured guidance as you lead projects independently and is an excellent opportunity for hands-on experience in corporate sustainability, product sustainability, and circular economy strategy within the healthcare industry. This position reports to the Director, Global Sustainability and will work closely with Sustainability team as well as cross-functional teams globally.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Coop responsibilities may include:
- Evaluate data and develop recommendations to increase scale and impact of Insulet’s global circular economy efforts, including expansion of product takeback platform.
- ·Conduct research, including identification of for- and non-profit partners and programs in the circular economy space.
- Support program coordination including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and tracking cross functional project status updates.
- Evaluate business priorities and support development of sustainability communications strategy for circular economy and product sustainability programming
- Perform other sustainability program related duties as needed.
Education & Experience:
· Pursuing BS/BA in Business Administration, Sustainability, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or other relevant field
Requirements and Qualifications:
- ·Excellent written, verbal, analytical, and interpersonal skill
- Maturity and high level of professionalism; highly dependable
- Knowledge of Sustainability concepts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Willingness to learn

Compensation & Benefits: For U.S.-based positions only, the annual base salary range for this role is $25.00 - $34.00 This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation.
