Through this role you will gain meaningful, hands-on experience working for a HealthTech company.</p><p></p><p><b>Your role:</b></p><ul><li><p>Leverage your clinical expertise within our software test lab to support the development and validation of patient monitoring medical devices.</p></li><li><p>Serve as the link between clinical practice and software engineering by ensuring device functionality aligns with real-world clinical workflows. You will validate performance against practical use cases, safeguarding safety, usability, and compliance with healthcare standards.</p></li><li><p>Act as a liaison between clinicians, engineers, and regulatory teams to ensure clear communication, accurate requirements interpretation, and seamless product validation.</p></li><li><p>Monitor and evaluate new product functionality, while maintaining and continuously improving our testing infrastructure. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
