Join AstraZeneca for a 3 – month hybrid internship starting in July and work with teams pushing the boundaries of science.</p><p></p><p><b>About the program</b><br />The Working in Science Internship Program is designed for last year&#39;s students and recent graduates who want to apply what they’ve learned in a real, global biotechnology environment. You’ll contribute to meaningful projects, gain mentorship, and develop skills that set you up for future success.<br /><br /><b>Department description:</b></p><p>TRIal SAfety Review Centre (TRISARC) ​is the team responsible for conducting first line review of critical data from a medical perspective to ensure medical completeness and accuracy of collected data.​ TRISARC ensures readiness of medically consistent critical data for regulatory authorities to register new medicines ​for our patients faster. ​ We act as a bridge between science and operations/technical areas. We enable standardization and efficiency while working with a large amount of clinical data.​</p><p></p><p><b>General hiring requirements</b><br /> </p><p><b>Required skills, candidate background:</b></p><ul><li>Educational degree (BSc/Msc/PhD) in Life Science or equivalent work experience in directly related fields (preferably medicine, pharmacy, veterinary, biotechnology, nurse, dentist)<span>  </span></li><li>Knowledge of ICH/GCP Guidelines<span>  </span></li><li>Knowledge of SAE reporting requirements<span>  </span></li><li>Strong attention-to-detail, analytical skills, and ability to concisely summarize large amounts of complex information<span>  </span></li><li>Ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment with shifting priorities<span>  </span></li><li>Excellent time management<span>  </span></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Key details</b></p><ul><li><p>Eligibility: Final year students and recent graduates. Please review the specific requirements for each role.</p></li><li><p>Duration: 3 months, starting in July.</p></li><li><p>Working model: Hybrid, with partial on‑site presence.</p></li><li><p>Selection process: Application review against objective criteria, HireVue video responses, then a remote meeting with the recruiting team.</p></li><li><p>Timeline: Apply by 21 March 2026.
