<p>Revolution Medicines is a clinical-stage precision oncology company focused on developing novel targeted therapies to inhibit frontier targets in RAS-addicted cancers.&nbsp; The company’s R&amp;D pipeline comprises RAS(ON) Inhibitors designed to suppress diverse oncogenic variants of RAS proteins, and RAS Companion Inhibitors for use in combination treatment strategies. As a new member of the Revolution Medicines team, you will join other outstanding Revolutionaries&nbsp;in a tireless commitment to patients with cancers harboring mutations in the RAS signaling pathway.</p>
<p><strong>The Opportunity:</strong></p>
<p>Reporting to the Senior Director of Commercial Training, Learning &amp; Development, the Director, Clinical Training - West will leverage both an advanced degree and direct clinical experience to lead the strategic execution, design and continuous evolution of clinical training curriculum aimed at achieving unusually deep scientific/clinical acumen.&nbsp;&nbsp;This role will act as a functional leader, overseeing initiatives that build differentiated clinical acumen across customer facing teams.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
<p>Additional responsibilities will include virtual or in person training on pre-approved curriculum to a variety of external stakeholders including, but not limited to, physicians, nurses, and specialty pharmacy staff, as well as collaborating with the marketing team in the development of nursing speaker bureau content and training that aligns to strategic commercial objectives.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
<p>This position will be remote based in the west region with 40% travel required.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Responsibilities include:&nbsp;</p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Lead the development&nbsp;and application&nbsp;of a comprehensive, multi-tiered training curriculum focused on tumor biology, clinical acumen, sales excellence, marketing excellence, and leadership development.</p>
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Advise&nbsp;on industry insights and innovative approaches to training curriculum.&nbsp;</p>
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Collaborate with field advisory sales team along with department stakeholders to garner feedback to help to&nbsp;identify&nbsp;training needs and ensure the curriculum meets current and future business requirements.</p>
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Ensure the training content is relevant, up-to-date, and tailored to the oncology biotech industry, incorporating best practices and innovative learning solutions.</p>
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Facilitating high-impact training sessions and workshops, ensuring they are executed to a high standard and meet learning objectives.</p>
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Help to lead and coordinate new hire orientation and training programs for Commercial Team.</p>
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Implement&nbsp;robust methods for evaluating training effectiveness, including participant feedback and assessment results.</p>
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Continuously improve the training programs based on feedback (including customer&nbsp;perceptions) and evolving business needs, ensuring our team&nbsp;remains&nbsp;at the forefront of industry standards.</p>
</li>
</ul>

<li>
<p>Document and&nbsp;maintain&nbsp;proper records of training initiatives.&nbsp;</p>
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Maintain&nbsp;strong communication&nbsp;channels with training director, providing regular updates on training initiatives, progress, and outcomes.</p>
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Collaborate with the training&nbsp;director&nbsp;team&nbsp;on Medical, Legal &amp; Regulatory (MLR) process.&nbsp;</p>
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Collaborate with&nbsp;with&nbsp;field representatives to&nbsp;identify&nbsp;evolving field training needs and address capability gaps.</p>
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Upon request from the sales and/or market access team, conduct trainings or in-service sessions to educate external stakeholders, including but not limited to, physicians, nurses, office staff, and specialty pharmacy staff using client approved and provided resources.&nbsp;</p>
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
<p>&nbsp;Anticipate and address HCP needs&nbsp;prior to requested in-services based on collaboration and discussion with field sales representatives.&nbsp;</p>
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
<p>&nbsp;Understand and encourage patient initiation and support processes and strategies for providers and their office staff that influence patient confidence.
&nbsp;</p>
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
<p>&nbsp;Collaborate with&nbsp;appropriate marketing&nbsp;team members to provide input on nursing speaker program content.</p>
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
<p>&nbsp;Coordinate and&nbsp;facilitate&nbsp;trainings on nursing speaker program content.&nbsp;</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Comply with&nbsp;all laws, regulations and policies that govern the conduct of&nbsp;RevMed&nbsp;activities.&nbsp;</p>
</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Required Skills, Experience and Education:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Clinical experience in oncology (i.e.&nbsp;Oncology&nbsp;Nurse/OCN, nurse&nbsp;practitioner&nbsp;(NP)&nbsp;or&nbsp;physician assistant/associate (PA)).</p>
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
<p>MasterBachelor’s&nbsp;degree&nbsp;required&nbsp;with&nbsp;12+&nbsp;years of related work experience.&nbsp;</p>
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Prior commercial training experience in the Oncology space.&nbsp;</p>
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Experience in small to midsize biotech&nbsp;organization.&nbsp;</p>
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Prior and recent commercial field experience.</p>
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Experience promoting or training on an oral oncolytic.&nbsp;</p>
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Demonstrated success managing many projects simultaneously in fast growing environment.&nbsp;</p>
</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Highly flexible and agile.&nbsp;&nbsp;Able to work with ambiguity and&nbsp;exhibit&nbsp;a high level&nbsp;of creativity, curiosity,&nbsp;influencing&nbsp;and collaboration to implement incremental gains that positively&nbsp;impact&nbsp;the learning of the field organization.&nbsp;</p>
