Clinical Support Specialist, Trauma & Extremities, Abha

Work Flexibility: Field-based<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p>We are looking for a Clinical Support Specialist in the Southern Area (Location: Abha) to provide direct support for all Stryker products associated with Trauma and Extremities procedures.</p><h3></h3><p><b>What you will do:</b></p><ul><li><p>Attend cases and service existing and new customer base within the theatre and clinical environment</p></li><li><p>Leads communication with stakeholders, presents finding and manages key client relationships.</p></li><li><p>Audit theatre Stryker stock (implants, disposables and instruments), managing consignment inventory, ensuring good asset management practice, utilization of delivered stock, and stock rotation.</p></li><li><p>Providing theatre and wider HCP staff within depth training on Stryker products</p></li><li><p>Plan, execute and monitor all measures necessary to help achieve industry-leading support. Service and provide customer care for physicians, surgical theatre staff, and hospital administration and sterilisation departments. This will include working within a theatre and clinical environment.</p></li><li><p>Provides theatre and other HCP staff training on Stryker products. This could include organizing and conducting training workshops and events for a broad range of customers.</p></li><li><p>Conducts trials and evaluations of products in theatre and clinical environments as required.</p></li></ul><p><br /><b>What you need:</b></p><p></p><p><b>Required:</b></p><ul><li><p>Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in clinical support.</p></li><li><p>Ideally experience in Trauma and Extremities, or in Orthopedics generally.</p></li><li><p>Analytical thinking.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work in a collaborative manner with colleagues and customers.</p></li><li><p>Ability to self-motivate and work under pressure.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Preferred:</b></p><ul><li><p>Certified Theatre Practitioner or ODA, professional training in a medical environment.</p></li><li><p>Industry background also advantageous.</p></li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>Travel Percentage: None<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p>
