The Clinical Specialist is responsible for bringing Masimo monitoring technology into clinical practice by supporting product trials, training nursing and medical teams, and partnering with Sales to develop solutions tailored to customer needs. The role also represents Masimo technology in workshops, trade fairs and congresses and provides customer feedback that contributes to product development.

This position reports to the Regional Manager, part of the Sales Team located in Germany and will working remotely to cover Mannheim & Heidelberg.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Support product trials of Masimo monitoring parameters directly on the ward, from initial briefing through to evaluation.
• Train nursing and medical teams on site or in the Masimo training center.
• Develop tailored solutions for customer accounts together with the Sales team and remain a point of contact after implementation.
• Document customer feedback in the CRM to support continuous product development.
• Work closely with Customer Service, Marketing and Technical Service, both nationally and internationally.
• Present Masimo technology in workshops, trade fairs and congresses, including DIVI and DGAI.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Completed medical qualification, for example in general or pediatric nursing, as an anesthesia technician (ATA) or cardiac technician.
• Sound knowledge of clinical processes and hospital workflows, including decision-making pathways in a clinical environment.
• Experience presenting or delivering training to nursing, medical or other clinical teams.
• Fluent German and confident English.
• Experience working in intensive care, anesthesia or another relevant acute-care clinical environment.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

• Ability to travel approximately 60% of the time, with overnight stays, within the assigned territory.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

This job is also eligible for incentive pay.
