You will have a direct impact on the success of our clinical trials from early to late-stage development by strengthening relationships with sites and ensuring a seamless, collaborative experience.</span></p><p></p><p><b>The Opportunity:</b></p><ul><li><p><span>Develop and execute tailored site engagement strategies to foster trust and operational excellence within the CVRM portfolio.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Proactively engage with sites early during the clinical trial set-up phase to provide valuable insights into country, protocol, and site feasibility.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Collaborate with a cross-functional Local Site Engagement Community to anticipate and support site needs, enhancing their overall experience as they participate in Roche trials.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Provide planning, oversight, and operational delivery of assigned clinical studies in accordance with Roche quality standards, applicable regulations, timelines, and budget commitments.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Act as a local escalation point for study-level challenges and work closely with internal teams and our Contract Research Organization (CRO) partners to find quick solutions.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Who you are:</b></p><ul><li><p><span>You hold a degree (MD, PhD, MA/MS, BA/BS) in life sciences or an equivalent field, with significant experience in the pharmaceutical industry and an understanding of end-to-end clinical trial processes.</span></p></li><li><p><span>You possess a strong background and demonstrated knowledge preferably in the Cardiovascular, Renal, and Metabolism (CVRM) therapeutic area.</span></p></li><li><p><span>You are a strategic, customer-centric professional with exceptional communication skills, proven negotiation abilities, and a track record of managing complex site relationships.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Fluency in both written and spoken English and Polish is mandatory.</span></p></li><li><p><span>You hold a valid driver’s license and are able to travel to sites across Poland on an on-going basis to establish and maintain strong working relationships.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What you get:</b></p><ul><li><p><span>Fixed-term employment contract</span> until the end of September 2027.</p></li><li><p><span>Competitive salary based on the employment contract (Umowa o pracę).</span></p></li><li><p><span>Annual bonus payment based on your performance.</span></p></li><li><p>Hybrid work<span> model that combines flexibility with in-person collaboration. </span></p></li><li><p><span>Recharge Fridays (2 Fridays off per quarter available).</span></p></li><li><p><span>Vacation subsidy available (Wczasy pod gruszą) </span></p></li><li><p><span>Flex Location (possibility to perform our work from different places in the world for a certain period of time).</span></p></li><li><p><span>Take Time for Charity (additional paid leave of maximum 2 weeks to engage in the charity action of your choice).</span></p></li><li><p><span>Private healthcare (LuxMed packages), group life insurance (UNUM) and Multisport.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Yearly sales of company laptops and cars and many more!</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Apply directly and join us in shaping the future of healthcare.</span></b></p><p></p><p><b><span>If you feel this offer suits a friend of yours, feel free to share it.</span></b></p><p></p><p><span>–</span></p><p><i>The controller of your personal data is Roche Polska Sp. z o.o., ul.
