Description
Lead operational execution of clinical trials. Manage CROs, study vendors, and investigative sites. Oversee timelines, budgets, and milestone tracking. Coordinate cross-functional teams (clinical, regulatory, safety, data). Support site initiation, patient enrollment acceleration, and monitoring oversight. Proactively identify and mitigate operational risks. Report project status to senior management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in life sciences or related field. Minimum 6 years of experience in clinical project management (biotech or CRO). Experience managing multi-center clinical trials. Willingness to travel frequently. Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Fluent in English.
