You will lead the Country Leadership Team to bridge the gap between global strategy and local execution, ensuring our life-changing portfolio reaches patients with speed, quality, and integrity.</span></p><p><span>In this high-visibility role, you will champion operational excellence, manage pivotal CRO partnerships, and cultivate a high-performing culture that empowers our people to do their best work.</span></p><p></p><p><span>This role is based in Mexico City.</span></p><p></p><p>Y<b><span>our Opportunity</span></b></p><p></p><p><span>The responsibilities for this role include:</span></p><p></p><p><span><b>1. Strategic Leadership & Global Alignment</b></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Drive the Country Leadership Team across our therapeutic areas.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Partner with Global TA Leaders and Country Medical Directors to align local execution with the "One Pharma" strategy.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Proactively resolve resource conflicts and optimize the country portfolio to maximize patient impact.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><span><b>2. Operational Excellence & Innovation</b></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Partner with CROs to implement data-driven strategies that enhance productivity and streamline workflows.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Maintain gold-standard adherence to local legal, financial, and ethical regulations.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Manage country resources and budgets with a focus on maximizing value and minimizing waste.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><span><b>3. External Shape & Partnerships</b></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Build close relationships with Health Authorities, Ethics Committees, and Industry Groups to advance the clinical research landscape.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ensure CRO partnerships are collaborative and accountable.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><span><b>4. Empowering People</b></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Lead by example, fostering an inclusive environment where diversity of thought is celebrated.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Manage and develop a pipeline of future leaders through active coaching, performance management, and career pathing.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><h3><span><b>Who You Are</b></span></h3><p></p><p><span>You are a visionary leader who thrives in a matrixed environment. You balance a high-level strategic mindset with the analytical rigor required to manage complex clinical operations.</span></p><ul><li><p><span>Degree in Life Sciences (MD, PhD, or Master’s preferred).</span></p></li><li><p><span>10+ years experience in the pharmaceutical or related industry.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience in drug development is essential.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Extensive expertise of end-to-end clinical trial processes and local regulatory landscapes (local/Global trends).</span></p></li><li><p><span>A proven track record of people leadership, fostering cross-functional collaboration and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
