Clinical Education Specialist - MR

<h1><b><b><b>Job Description Summary</b></b></b></h1>The role is responsible for providing formal technical and clinical training to customers that have purchased GE HealthCare MRI products. Responsibilities include on-going post-sale customer support, on-site clinical visits for education sessions. Responsibilities will include also product demonstrations during pre-sale activities and congresses.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h1><b>Job Description</b></h1><p><b><u><span>Key responsibilities include:</span></u></b></p><ul><li>Provide technical and clinical information to customer by demonstrating the full range of MRI product features and benefits.</li><li>Develop, coordinate and deliver product training to customers on software and applications of the GE HealthCare MRI portfolio of scanners and post-processing workstation.</li><li>Monitor and control customer satisfaction through continuing education trainings, optimization of the performances of the GE HealthCare equipment utilized by users.</li><li>Support trade shows and professional conferences by performing GE HealthCare product demonstration and workstation promotion as well as customer training.</li><li>Use product knowledge to assist commercial and marketing teams in developing sales tools.</li><li>Provide post-training reports, regular feedback on customer satisfaction and needs to the internal Sales and Service organization.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><u><span>Required Qualifications:</span></u></b></p><ul><li><span>Qualified radiographer or  Master’s Degree in Radiography / Medical</span> <span>Physics / Biomedical Engineer or related with experience working clinically within MRI</span></li><li>Easy to establish relationship with people, open and flexible to work outside of the office</li><li>Solid problem-solving skills (ability to manage and resolve conflict, communicate issues and propose solutions to both internal team members and external customers)</li><li>Proven professional business acumen (experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as a part of a solution-based sales process)</li><li>Self-motivated and proactive, with a keen ability to identify opportunities for improvement and take decisive action to enhance processes and outcomes</li><li>Team oriented with a customer satisfaction mindset</li><li>Ability to multi-task effectively and manage multiple priorities at one time</li><li>Strong presentation skills (public speaking and lecture experience desired)</li><li>Proficiency in effective communication using the local language</li><li>Willingness to travel extensively within your specified geographic region and be present at customer sites for 70-80% of the working time (on average annually)</li><li>Valid driving license</li><li>Required languages: Czech or Slovak AND English</li><li>Computer skills</li></ul><p></p><p><b><u><span>Preferred Qualifications:</span></u></b></p><ul><li>Technical background on GE HealthCare technology physics, medical etc. Basic clinical/medical background is also requested.</li><li>Three or more years of demonstrated clinical scanning skills in <span>MRI</span> modality</li></ul><p></p><p>#LI-AO1</p><p>#LI-HYBRID</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h1><b><b><b>Additional Information</b></b></b></h1><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p style="text-align:left"><b>Relocation Assistance Provided: </b>No</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>
