Job Responsibilities:
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to adapt and implement technical solutions for data management, executing the technical setup of clinical programming and Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems.
• Ensures adherence to data management standards and procedures by confirming compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational protocols, working under general supervision.
• Develops and maintains documentation for data management processes and procedures, drafting standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions as needed.
• Ensures efficient execution of data processing tasks according to established protocols, and providing inputs and suggestions to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Supports the preparation and presentation of clinical data for analysis and reporting purposes, producing summaries, tables, and graphs as directed by project requirements.
• Troubleshoots data-related issues and escalate technical challenges to senior team members or relevant stakeholders for resolution, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Provides guidance to colleagues and team members on data management tasks, sharing knowledge and best practices to facilitate skill development and learning.
• Collaborates with biostatistics and statistical programming teams to understand data analysis requirements and facilitate data transfer and integration processes.
• Evaluates data quality and completeness to assess suitability for analysis and reporting purposes, identifying discrepancies and anomalies for further investigation or correction.
Minimum required Education:
Bachelor's Degree/ Vocational Education in Medical or Lifesciences or equivalent.
Minimum required Experience:
5-8 of experience required with Bachelor's degree
Experience in Data Management in the Pharma industry or Medtech Industry
Minimum required Certification:
CCDM or relevant certification will be an advantage
Preferred Education:
Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Experience:
5 - 8 years
Preferred Skills:
Medidata database programmer
Experience in Medidata Rave, Greenlight Guru
Experience in Pharma, Medtech industry preferred
