Work Flexibility: Hybrid<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><div><p><b>We’re excited to offer a 12‑month opportunity for a Clinical Consultant to join Stryker’s Sage portfolio, supporting products that play a critical role in hospital‑acquired infection prevention and patient care.</b></p><p></p><p><b>This position includes travel across the state as well as Canberra, with overnight and multi-day stays in regional areas.</b></p><p></p><p>If you’re passionate about healthcare, thrive in clinical environments, and want to contribute to improving patient outcomes across Sydney hospitals, this role could be your next step.</p><p></p><p><b>About the role:</b></p><p></p><p>As a Clinical Consultant in our Sage portfolio, you will:</p><ul><li><p>Provide clinical education, product training, and support to nurses and hospital teams across acute care environments.</p></li><li><p>Promote safe clinical practice through evidence‑based guidelines and SAGE product solutions.</p></li><li><p>Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in Infection Prevention, ICU, ED, perioperative and general ward teams.</p></li><li><p>Conduct in-services, staff training, audits, and demonstrations to ensure optimal product adoption and compliance.</p></li><li><p>Work closely with the sales and broader clinical teams to support product utilisation and customer satisfaction.</p></li><li><p>Travel across Sydney hospitals as part of your daily role (valid driver’s licence required).</p></li></ul><p></p><p>We provide full onboarding and product training, so you’ll be well equipped to succeed—whether you’re experienced in infection prevention, clinical education, or looking to step into the medical device industry.</p><p></p><p><b>You Will Have</b></p><ul><li><p>Experience in Nursing (ideally) or Allied Health, Science, or similar healthcare background (highly regarded).</p></li><li><p>Strong communication and relationship-building skills.</p></li><li><p>Confidence delivering training sessions and engaging with diverse clinical teams.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work autonomously, manage your own schedule, and adapt to fast‑paced hospital environments.</p></li><li><p>A passion for improving patient safety and clinical outcomes.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Culture and Benefits'</b></p><p></p><p>At Stryker, we’re proud to be consistently recognised as a <b>Best Place to Work</b>.
