In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Comprehensive support for CCIA product management activities and Candidate as Supervisor after 1 - 2 years later

• Manage new product launches and product modifications
• Develop and execute marketing plans
• Analyze and review activity results
• Create and distribute promotional materials
• Respond to inquiries from customers and sales representatives
• Provide scientific support
• Deliver scientific evidence (create and promote scientific materials)
• Conduct contract research
• Communicate globally (negotiation and information sharing with U.S. product managers)
• Plan and manage national conferences, exhibitions, and seminars
• Collect customer complaints and satisfaction feedback

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• People management or employee development in small group.
• Experience in work related to in vitro diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices (such as sales or marketing)
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to make data-driven decisions
• Skills in market analysis, competitive analysis, and data analysis
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Presentation skills to clearly convey strategy and direction
• Business-level English proficiency (intermediate or above)
