<h1><b><b><b>Job Description Summary</b></b></b></h1>As the Clinical Application Specialist (CAS), you will deliver technical and clinical expertise within the Patient Care Solution portfolio by providing excellent education and training support to clinical end-users. The CAS is a clinical expert supporting the pre-sale product demonstrations (or clinical trial support), as well as post-sale installation, training and/or customer service activities to support sales objectives for their geography. Responsibilities may also include ongoing post-sale customer support including on site clinical in-servicing and go-live support. <br><br>This role will support our operations across the country, ensuring consistent and high-quality service delivery. Unlock your ambition, turn ideas into world-changing realities, and join an organization where every voice makes a difference, and every difference builds a healthier world.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h1><b>Job Description</b></h1><p><u><b>Responsibilities </b></u></p><ul><li>Serve as a subject matter expert in the Peri-Operative care areas</li><li>Support clinical end user adoption to GEHC Patient Care products including : Anesthesia & Respiratory Care, Centricity High Acuity clinical information system & Peri-Operative patient monitoring solutions.</li></ul><ul><li>Advance new product (NPI) features & techniques; partner with customers in developing training plans / strategies that support new product assimilation (ARC) (MS) and (CHAA Digital)</li><li>Coordinate, schedule, and execute clinical system training, monitor, and report on training outcomes. Training may be conducted onsite at customer facility and / or virtually.</li><li>Work in close collaboration with Product Marketing Team, identify customer satisfaction opportunities, issues, assist in escalations, problem determination and specialty training requests.</li><li>Develop meaningful relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs)</li><li>Participate in install base upgrade programs, proactive strategic customer touchpoints.</li><li>Drive sales process by conducting clinical product demonstrations and onsite evaluations.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><u><span>Required Qualifications</span></u></b></p><ul><li>Associate degree or equivalent with 5+ years of Anesthesia technical/clinical industry experience</li><li> Must be a Registered Respiratory Therapist (CSRT, Provincial body) with Anesthesia Assistant as a Preferred qualifications.</li><li>Deep understanding of clinical education training and associated process implementation.</li><li>Demonstrated experience delivering complex information and modifying messaging based on audience.</li><li>Willingness to travel extensively 60+% within a region (including overnights and some weekends) within the US and Canada via multiple modes of transportation (car, air travel, & train, etc.). </li><li>Willingness to submit to a check of your driving record (given that you are applying for a position that requires you to operate a GE HealthCare owned/leased, privately owned/leased or rental vehicle for company business).</li><li>Comply to GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position.</li><li>It is a condition of hire that any new employee or contract worker that will provide products or services to a GE HealthCare customer facility are fully vaccinated and provide proof of vaccinations.
