Deliver on-site and remote in-depth training sessions to external customers, ensuring strong clinical and technical knowledge transfer to end users.
Act as a clinical expert, providing solutions to complex, day-to-day customer challenges and requirements.
Design and deliver tailored training programs, including digital and online learning solutions, to meet specific customer needs.
Analyze local market trends and customer needs, leveraging in-depth product and clinical knowledge to support and execute commercial strategies.
Collaborate with the Segment Manager and Product Manager to develop strategies for expanding into new care areas and markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), key accounts, and clinical partners to identify growth opportunities and shape clinical adoption strategies.
Identify, develop, and support targeted educational initiatives (e.g., workshops, congresses, and training programs) aligned with strategic growth priorities.
Train and support internal teams (direct and indirect) on new technologies, ensuring the effective deployment of educational tools and materials.
Maintain awareness of competitive offerings and market dynamics to effectively position solutions.
Act as a resource and mentor for colleagues, demonstrating strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with relevant ultrasound clinical/technical experience.
Proven experience working with ultrasound systems, preferably in Women’s Health.
Strong understanding of clinical education, training methodologies, and implementation processes.
Demonstrated ability to communicate complex information effectively and adapt messaging to different audiences.
Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 75%, including frequent overnight stays).
Valid driving license.
Proficiency in English.
Ability to work independently with excellent organizational and time management skills.
