Work Flexibility: Hybrid<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p>We are looking for our future <b>Clinical </b><b>Application Specialist </b>in <b>South Russia, </b>to provide clinical product support to all end-users<b> </b>on various products such as<b> </b>SportsMed Implants, Endoscopy towers and other Medsurg products or equipments.</p><div><p>In this role you will be responsible for showcasing products, running demos, providing trainings and supporting<span> Senior BDMs on identifying sales opportunities.</span></p></div><p></p><p><u><b>What you will do:</b></u></p><ul><li><p>Plans and implements projects that support the sales organization.</p></li><li><p>Assists sales organization in providing technical and administrative product information.</p></li><li><p>Works with market research team to ensure market analysis data is used for quoting customer prices.</p></li><li><p>Prepares the distribution of accounts to the Sales Representatives and updates the automated tracking system, such as CRM.</p></li><li><p>Leads daily functions and activities of the department to assure efficient workflow and services are provided in a competent and timely manner.</p></li><li><p>Assemble and managing instruments kits and demo equipment</p></li><li><p>Run lists of kits items, quantities, lot numbers, equipment. Run and manage demo request lists or rental agreement and provide it to Customer Service, Accountant Department or Sales Department.</p></li><li><p>Serves as a liaison and resource for requests and questions regarding decontamination, inspection, assembly, and sterilization of all basic and specialized complex instrumentation and troubleshoots equipment or product failure.</p></li><li><p>Performs instrumentation processing to assure cleanliness and sterility of instruments and trays for medical center units/departments.</p></li><li><p>Performs duties in accordance with regulatory standards, RAQA department policies, procedures and protocols, accepted techniques, and manufacturer's guidelines as applicable.</p></li></ul><div></div><div><div><p><u><b>What you need:</b></u></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in a medical or related field (preferred).</p></li><li><p>Minimum 1 year of experience in Nursing, Medical Practice, Biomedical Science, Medical or Clinical Engineering, or Sales/Product Support within the medical device industry.</p></li><li><p>Comfortable working in an Operating Room environment.</p></li><li><p>Ability to communicate effectively in English and Russian both verbally and in writing.</p></li><li><p><b>Location: </b>South Russia</p></li><li><p><b>Travel Requirements:</b> 50% to 80% of your time will be spent on the field in South Russia region</p></li></ul></div></div><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>Travel Percentage: 50%<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p>
