As a Clinical Application Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in supporting physicians and hospital staff during live procedures, ensuring seamless execution and optimal product usage. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine technical expertise with meaningful patient impact while collaborating across teams to drive operational excellence and business growth.</p><p></p><p><b>Job Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Provide guide clinical and technical support to physicians and hospital staff during live cases, primarily within Malaysia.</li><li>Educate customers on product usage through in-service trainings, technical briefings, and clinical demonstrations.</li><li>Ensure seamless case execution by coordinating stock checks, timely deliveries, and internal partner support.</li><li>Uphold proper usage and promotion of Johnson &amp; Johnson products through regular training and customer education sessions.</li><li>Optimize inventory and logistics efficiency in assigned hospitals, including consignment management.</li><li>Identify and communicate potential business opportunities to the Sales Manager.</li><li>Collaborate with Sales Manager to create awareness of business solutions and engage key decision-makers.</li><li>Share standard methodologies across clinical support teams and assist in building strategic partnerships with other internal business units.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Job Requirements</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Biomedical Technology, or related field.</li><li>1–4 years of experience in medical devices; cardiology or electrophysiology background preferred.</li><li>Strong technical troubleshooting skills and familiarity with hospital environments, including cath labs.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with healthcare professionals.</li><li>Proven ability to lead customers, solve problems, and work independently with high responsibility.</li><li>Flexible and mobile—able to travel frequently across Malaysia and work weekends/public holidays when needed.</li><li>Self-motivated, energetic, and a collaborative teammate with attention to detail and multitasking ability.</li><li>Fluent in English (spoken, written, and presentation)</li></ul><p></p><p><b>About MedTech</b></p><p>Fueled by innovation at the intersection of biology and technology, we’re developing the next generation of smarter, less invasive, more personalized treatments.</p><p>Your unique talents will help patients on their journey to wellness.
