Clinical Affairs Manager

Degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Cosmetics Science, or a related field preferred. 2–4 years in clinical testing, cosmetic/device validation, consumer studies, or efficacy analysis. Hands-on experience with skin imaging or measurement devices (VISIA, hydration meters, elasticity tools, etc.) is a strong advantage. Experience working with external testing labs or dermatologists. Familiarity with developing testing protocols and analyzing testing and validation data. Exposure to marketing or commercial teams, including collaboration on product claims, launch materials, training content, or distributor-facing assets. Experience translating clinical or technical data into consumer-friendly messages, visuals, and storytelling is highly desirable. Strong understanding of data logging, measurement methodology, and basic statistical reasoning. Ability to turn raw data into clear conclusions, charts, narratives, and reports. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Organized, methodical, and detail-oriented. Ability to manage multiple small studies in parallel. Fluent in English (written and spoken).
