As a cleanroom operator, you’ll play a critical role in manufacturing and testing high-quality medical implants in our ISO Level 7 cleanroom. Working closely with senior operators and Quality Control, you will ensure that every product meets stringent safety and performance standards. Your precision, attention to detail, and adherence to protocols will directly impact patients’ health outcomes.
🛠️ Execute manual and automated production tasks following strict work instructions.
🩺 Manufacture prototypes, test devices, and clinical implants with precision.
📦 Prepare materials and solutions required for production processes.
✅ Conduct in-process checks (IPC) and document all activities meticulously.
🔍 Support quality checks, inspections, and process improvements.
🤝 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes.

Education & Experience:
High school diploma (MBO4+) or equivalent.
2+ years of experience in producing delicate, high-precision products (ideally in the medical device industry) or 4+ years in cleanroom production.
Experience in quality inspection or stent production is a bonus.
Skills and traits:
Exceptional hand dexterity, attention to detail, and technical proficiency.
Proactive, goal-orientated, and reliable, with strong communication skills in English.
A great collaborator and focused on making Xeltis better every day by means of training to juniors
Proficiency in Excel and general computer tools.
