Clean Room Operator Lead - New Oxford, PA

As the Clean Room Operator Lead will be responsible for the leadership of a team of production specialists. In this on-site role, you will oversee the daily production plans within defined timelines and quality standards to meet.

What you will accomplish together with us:

• Align resources with production plans on a daily basis
• Provide effective and constructive feedback to production staff and suggest corrective actions if needed to ensure production plans are fulfilled
• Check production plans and fulfillment
• Ensure timely maintenance and repair of machines

• High School Diploma/GED
• Apprenticeship in an appropriate technical environment
• Additional specialist qualification and leadership certificate
• Proven experience of working in a similar environment
• Effective leadership skills — finding the balance between drawing a line and mindfullness
• Ability to trouble shoot
• Ability to keep calm in times of pressure
