Through hands-on training, mentorship, and a culture of internal promotion, we empower you to reach your full potential and contribute to projects that truly matter.</span></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2></h2><h2>Job Summary</h2><p><span>To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Chief of Staff / Project Manager located in Dallas, Tx.</span></p><p></p><p><span>Reporting to the General Manager, the Chief of Staff / Project Manager role involves serving as a strategic partner to the Manufacturing Site General Manager, driving cross-functional alignment, cultural transformation, and operational excellence through leadership, project management, and change enablement.</span></p><p></p><p><b><span>What a typical day looks like:</span></b></p><ul><li><span>Partner with the General Manager to develop and implement site strategy, governance, and execution plans.</span></li><li><span>Collaborate with the Business Excellence Manager and Director of Manufacturing to define, implement and govern site KPIs, and produce status reports, including project financials.</span></li><li><span>Establish and maintain project governance structures, including steering committees, decision-making protocols, and escalation paths.</span></li><li><span>Lead cross-functional teams through all phases of the project lifecycle.</span></li><li><span>Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery and performance.</span></li><li><span>Coordinate with administrative teams to plan and execute site events, including customer visits and senior leadership engagements.</span></li><li><span>Facilitate staff meetings and leadership workshops.</span></li><li><span>Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and updates for leadership reviews.</span></li><li><span>Lead up, across, and throughout the organization to influence decision-making, align priorities, and drive cross-functional collaboration.</span></li><li><span>Champion change management efforts to support strategic and operational improvements.</span></li><li><span>Foster collaboration and teamwork across departments to achieve business objectives.</span></li><li><span>Establish and maintain cadence for strategic reviews and performance tracking.</span></li><li><span>Drive leadership team culture initiatives and development planning.</span></li><li><span>Assess root causes of operational challenges and guide teams toward effective solutions.</span></li><li><span>Advise and support lower-level project and product managers to ensure alignment with site goals and policies.</span></li><li><span>Assist in the management and execution of global and regional programs.</span></li><li><span>Interact frequently with senior and middle management across global and regional teams.</span></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>The experience we’re looking to add to our team:</span></b></p><ul><li><span>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field required;
