On our two-year Global Supply Chain Graduate Programme, you’ll apply your scientific, engineering or digital knowledge to real manufacturing challenges while developing through rotations, training and mentoring.

Cross-Functional Exposure: Spend time at your home site, working on cross-functional projects and rotations to deepen your expertise and knowledge of the business.

Kaizen Assignment: A short-term breadth assignment, which could include global-focused opportunities, to expand your skills and experience beyond your home site.

What will you do?

• Shape the Future of Healthcare: Work on projects that improve manufacturing performance, reduce waste, increase sustainability, and help deliver medicines to patients around the world.
• Gain Real-World Manufacturing Experience: Get hands-on exposure to pharmaceutical production processes, manufacturing technologies, and large-scale operations in a highly regulated environment.
• Drive Digital Innovation: Use data analytics, process modelling, visualization tools, and digital technologies to solve complex challenges and improve business performance.
• Optimize Processes That Matter: Develop and enhance manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reliability, quality, and productivity across global operations.
• Build In-Demand Technical Expertise: Deepen your understanding of chemical engineering principles, process development, equipment performance, product quality, and manufacturing science.
• Master Advanced Problem-Solving: Apply industry-leading methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma and DMAIC to identify root causes, solve complex problems, and deliver measurable improvements.
• Work with Cutting-Edge Technologies: Explore advanced manufacturing, automation, digital systems, and emerging technologies while gaining insight into the full pharmaceutical product lifecycle.
• Collaborate Across a Global Network: Partner with experts in manufacturing, engineering, quality, supply chain, technical services, and sustainability, building a broad network and understanding of how medicines are brought to patients worldwide.

What skills are we looking for?

• Technical Aptitude: A relevant degree and an interest in chemical/process engineering in pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Continuous Improvement Mindset: A focus on growth, innovation with the ability to simplify complex processes, and apply innovative thinking.   
• Digital mindset: You’re interested in using data and emerging technologies to improve performance. 
• Problem-Solving Skills: Works accurately using agreed checks and applies structured problem-solving methods.

• Priority Management: Able to manage changing priorities, with clear goals, appropriate support and agreed deadlines.
