Vous participerez activement au développement de nouveaux produits et à l&#39;évolution des gammes existantes, contribuant ainsi à la croissance de la marque sur un marché dynamique.<br /><br /><u><b>Responsabilités</b></u> :<br /><br />- Participer à l&#39;élaboration des concepts produits (analyse marché, concurrence, tendances, besoins consommateurs).<br />- Rédiger les briefs produits pour les équipes R&amp;D et réglementaire.<br />- Suivre le développement des formules et des packagings en collaboration avec les équipes internes (R&amp;D, achats, production) et les fournisseurs externes.<br />- Contribuer à la mise en place des tests consommateurs et des études cliniques.<br />- Assurer la veille concurrentielle et l&#39;analyse des performances des produits sur le marché.<br />- Participer à la préparation des lancements produits (élaboration des supports marketing, formation des équipes commerciales).<br />- Collaborer à l&#39;élaboration de la stratégie marketing et des plans de communication.<br />- Réaliser des présentations et des rapports d&#39;activité réguliers.<br /><br /> </p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><h1></h1><h1><span class="emphasis-3"><b><b>Who you are ?</b></b></span></h1><div><div><div><div><div><div><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><div><h1></h1></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div><p><u><b>Qualifications :</b></u><br /><br />* Étudiant(e) en Master 1 ou Master 2 en école de commerce, marketing ou pharmacie, avec une spécialisation en marketing.<br />* Un premier stage en marketing serait un plus.<br />* <u><b>Forte sensibilité </b></u>pour l&#39;univers de la dermo-cosmétique et la santé.<br />* Bonne capacité d&#39;analyse et de synthèse.<br />* Créativité, proactivité et rigueur.<br />* Excellentes compétences relationnelles et capacité à travailler en équipe.<br />* Maîtrise du Pack Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).<br />* Anglais courant.</p><p></p><p><span>Au-delà de vos compétences techniques, vous êtes reconnu pour :</span></p><p><span>- Votre force de persuasion,<br />- Votre réactivité, et vos capacités d&#39;anticipation,<br />- Votre ouverture d&#39;esprit.</span></p><p><span>- Votre curiosité, autonomie et capacité d&#39;analyse</span></p><p></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><i>We are convinced that diversity is a source of fulfillment, social balance and complementarity for our employees, which is why our offers are open to all, without restriction.</i></p>
