Our group is ranked in the Top 3 in the cosmetics industry and in the Top 10 in the pharmaceutical industry worldwide. </p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h1><span class="emphasis-3"><b><b>Your mission</b></b></span></h1><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><div><div><i>Votre rôle au sein d’une entreprise pionnière en pleine expansion. </i></div><p></p><p>Au sein du département Reporting et Consolidation, et sous la responsabilité du Responsable du Reporting Commercial, nous recherchons un Chargé de Reporting sur le périmètre commercial international.</p></div><p></p><p><u>Vos principales missions seront</u> :<br />- Produire et diffuser le reporting de gestion mensuel de votre périmètre (international)<br />- Calculer et valider mensuellement le montant des provisions (revenus, contributions marketing, bureaux de représentation...)</p><p>- Calculer des éléments de consolidation comme l&#39;élimination des marges internes</p><p>- Elaborer, contrôler et mettre à disposition les reporting de gestion Créances clients et Stocks</p><p>- Fournir aux opérationnels les outils de pilotage et de décision<br />- Assurer les relations avec le département Performance/Contrôle de gestion</p><p>- Accompagner les équipes financières des filiales internationales de votre périmètre<br />- Assurer la fiabilité et l&#39;intégrité des données utilisées pour le reporting</p><p>- Participer à l&#39;amélioration continue des outils et processus de reporting<br />- Collaborer étroitement avec l&#39;ensemble des équipes financières, marketing et commerciales<br />- Veiller au respect des délais de reporting et des procédures internes</p><p></p><p>Vous serez également amené à travailler sur des projets liés à la transformation du Groupe et à l&#39;évolution des systèmes d&#39;information.</p><p></p><p><span>Vous bénéficiez d’un package de rémunération complet et attractif : 13ème mois, intéressement, participation, actionnariat salarié avec abondement, mutuelle, prévoyance, 16 jours de RTT, CET, CE</span></p><p></p><p><span>Le poste est basé à Toulouse avec 2 jours de télétravail possibles par semaine.</span></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><h1></h1><h1><span class="emphasis-3"><b><b>Who you are ?</b></b></span></h1><div><div><div><div><div><div><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><div><h1></h1></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div><p><i>Vos compétences au service de projets novateurs.</i></p><p></p><p><b>Diplôme supérieur (Bac&#43;5) en Finance</b><br />- Minimum 3 ans d&#39;expérience dans un poste similaire, dans un environnement industriel ou pharmaceutique<br />- Sensibilité aux systèmes d&#39;information.
