As a Channel Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in growing our channel reach and ensuring our customers' success.A day in the Life:<ul><li>Develop and implement strategic channel business plans with regional sales reps and the top franchise distributors</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams in marketing and sales to determine channel partner needs for growth</li><li>Monitor and analyze channel and market trends to compete effectively</li></ul>Keys to Success:<ul><li>Ability to successfully implement business plans with strategic channel partners</li><li>Proven track record in developing distribution channels</li><li>Strong collaboration and communication skills</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Minimum 5 years in marketing, channel sales or related field</li><li>Proven experience in channel development</li><li>Track record of achieving ambitious targets</li><li>Experience in delivering explainable analytics to external partners</li></ul>Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:<ul><li>Uber analytical skills including Power BI and Excel</li><li>Flawless project management abilities</li><li>Strong understanding of marketing, supply chain and industrial channel principles</li></ul>Physical Requirements / Work Environment:This role involves standard office conditions with occasional travel.
