Job Description

This position is responsible for the audit work of the company’s channel sales system, ensuring that company products are sold through legal and compliant channels, preventing commercial risks, and protecting the company’s brand reputation. This position requires close collaboration with cross functions such as Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Finance to ensure that both global and local policies are effectively implemented in channel management.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to develop the annual channel audit plan, and adjust it dynamically according to business development;
  • Organize and implement audits and evaluations of selected distributors.
  • Monitor whether channel sales activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and anti-bribery requirements;
  • Identify other potential compliance risks in channel sales and provide recommendations for control measures.
  • Prepare audit reports and present audit findings to management;
  • Track the implementation of corrective actions for identified issues to ensure closed-loop management.
  • Collaborate with departments such as Sales, Marketing, and Legal to continuously strengthen risk control in channel operations;
  • Participate in the review of new channel development and provide professional recommendations.
  • Enhance the internal team’s professional capabilities in channel auditing.
  • Assist in handling complaints, reports, or internal investigations related to channels;
  • Complete other special audit tasks assigned by management.

 

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, with a major in Auditing, Finance, Law, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in auditing, compliance, or related fields;
  • Prior experience in the medical device, life sciences, or broader healthcare industry is preferred;
  • Experience in channel audit or sales compliance management is a plus.
  • Familiar with audit processes, compliance management frameworks, and relevant industry regulations (e.g., anti-commercial bribery);
  • Experience with SAP, ERP systems, or audit management tools is preferred;
  • Strong ability in data analysis and risk identification.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English.
  • Clear logical thinking, strong sense of responsibility, and good communication and coordination skills;
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent tasks and frequent travel.
