A Day in the Life

We’re looking for a Capital Financing Models & Commercial Operations Enablement Principal Specialist focused primarily on capital financing solutions that accelerate growth and unlock access to Medtronic technologies. The core mission of this role is to enable competitive capital deals by designing innovative financing models and tailored commercial proposals that help customers overcome budget constraints.
You will drive cross functional commercial execution across tenders, pricing and forecasting to ensure faster, more effective responses in complex capital sales cycles — directly supporting growth, SGM improvement and incremental revenue. This position strengthens Medtronic’s ability to deploy structured capital solutions in line with our broader Capital Financing strategy.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Analyze sales, market, and contract data to support growth strategies and tender forecasting
  • Lead and-to-end strategic Sales Operations projects, from design to full implementation.
  • Develop dashboards and visualizations using SAP (Systems Applications and Products), Power BI, and other tools to guide commercial decisions
  • Provide operational insights and recommendations to business leaders to align on strategic priorities and execution plans
  • Support pricing, territory planning, and sales performance tracking
  • Support business development and expansion initiatives across Poland
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and operational efficiency

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Operations or Project Management ideally in the MedTech industry
  • Fluency in Polish and English
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in BI tools, CRM systems (preferably Salesforce), and Excel
  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects
  • Strategic and operational mindset with the ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills, both internal and external

Experience in sales, marketing, tender management, commercial forecasting and knowledge of Agile project management methodologies will be considered an advantage.

Pay range / Rango salarial / Intervalo salarial /Fascia retributiva / Tranche de salaire / Gehaltsband / Salaribereik:  Poland: 205,760.00 PLN - 308,640.00 PLN | 

 

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
