If you’re energized by ownership, pace, and purposeful collaboration, this is an exciting opportunity to elevate your career.</div><div></div><div><div><h2><b>What You Will Do</b></h2><ul><li>Oversee contract management and perform contract analysis to ensure accuracy and alignment with agreements.</li><li>Maintain master data in transactional systems, ensuring completeness and accuracy for supplier details, product information, lead times, and replenishment methodologies.</li><li>Communicate forecast requirements to suppliers and ensure alignment for finished goods, components, and materials.</li><li>Place and manage purchase orders according to defined rules and update safety stock requirements to support stable supply.</li><li>Validate supplier data for accuracy, ensuring compliance with agreements and system requirements.</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for suppliers, adjusting daily/weekly requirements and managing escalations to protect supply continuity.</li><li>Track and report supplier performance using standard metrics, prepare supplier scorecards, and represent purchasing in key cross‑functional meetings.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives internally and externally, and support capability building by training and mentoring team members.</li></ul><h2><b>What You Will Need</b></h2><h3><b>Required</b></h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.</li><li>Minimum 3 years experience in Purchasing, Procurement, or Manufacturing.</li><li>English language proficiency.</li><li>Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JDE).</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.</li><li>Experience in supplier relationship management.</li></ul><h3><b>Preferred</b></h3><ul><li>Knowledge of Power BI.</li><li>Previous experience in a regulated industry (e.g., medical devices).</li><li>Knowledge of continuous improvement and cost‑reduction methodologies.</li></ul><p></p><p>Salary information will be provided during the recruitment process.</p></div></div><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>Travel Percentage: 20%<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p>
