Secondly, the Buyer plays a pivotal role in maintaining healthy inventory levels to avoid stock out situations and improve inventory turns (QIT) at the same time.</p><p></p><p>This position is part of the Planning &amp; Buying Team located in Medemblik and will be<i> an onsite position</i>. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.</p><p></p><p><b>In this role, you will have the opportunity to:</b></p><ul><li>Manage all material supplies for a given set of vendors</li><li>Collaborate with Planning on priority setting</li><li>Support Inbound and Quality Inspection to resolve any goods receipt issues</li><li>Perform periodic supplier performance meetings</li><li>Sustain healthy stock levels</li></ul><p></p><p><b>The essential requirements of the job include:</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or other relevant education</li><li>At least 5 years of relevant work experience in a supply chain/procurement position</li><li>Excellent command of the Dutch and English language</li><li>ERP knowledge</li><li>Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, vertical lookups…) and other MS Office applications</li></ul><p></p><p><b>It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:</b></p><ul><li>SAP (ERP knowledge)</li><li>Advanced MS Office skills and experience in using reporting tools such as Qliksense or BI</li></ul><p></p><p>At Cytiva we believe in designing a better, more sustainable workforce.
