What you will do:

  • Coordinate leadership calendars, meetings, and travel to ensure on‑time execution and seamless daily operations.
  • Prepare and maintain presentations, reports, and meeting materials that support informed decision making across the region.
  • Serve as the primary administrative contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely responses and clear communication.
  • Process and track professional affairs activities in the CAPS system with 100% accuracy and compliance to company policies.
  • Manage documentation, approvals, and record‑keeping for healthcare professional engagements to support audit‑ready standards.
  • Process purchase requisitions, purchase orders, vendor setup, and invoices through the procurement system to support budget accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate logistics for key regional meetings and events, such as leadership workshops and regional marketing meetings - ensuring schedules, venues, materials, and communications are delivered on time.
  • Track post‑meeting actions and ensure follow‑ups are completed to maintain operational momentum.

What you need:

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years administrative, coordination, or business support experience.
  • Minimum diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Experience using business systems for procurement, financial processing, or workflow management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a multinational or healthcare‑related environment.
  • Familiarity with systems used for professional affairs or compliance-related administration.

Travel Percentage: 10%
