Location: Vilnius (Artery Business Center, Konstitucijos pr. 18B). We love the office energy, so we’re looking for someone to join us 5 days a week!
Duration: 3-6 months
Type: Paid Internship (Full-time), 925 EUR gross/month
As our Business Support Intern, you aren’t just handling tasks—you’re the heartbeat of our Vilnius office. Working side-by-side with our Site Business Partner, you’ll contribute to making our workplace “great place to work”. You’ll experience how global corporations, operating based on Agile principles, actually function. Your engagement will span from event planning to data governance, all while networking with our Pharma and Diagnostics colleagues in Lithuania and Baltics.
The Mission
By the time you wrap up your internship, you’ll have learnt about document archiving, understood the personal data compliance and GDPR governance in Lithuania, hosted several epic events, and mastered the art of creating an office environment people actually want to show up for.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Owning front-of-house operations and keeping the daily office flow smooth.
Curating the pantry & stationery—ensuring the coffee is flowing and the supplies are stocked.
Being the main point of contact for incoming calls and general emails inbox.
Logistics wizardry: Managing couriers and making sure every parcel finds its home.
Being the office guru for parking and general "how-to" questions.
What Will You Learn:
Organizing internal events and what’s related to operational excellence around event execution (from idea generation to invoice management).
Implementing and upgrading data governance and archiving frameworks.
Running wellness initiatives like the Children Walk across the Baltic states.
Is This You?
You’re a student (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Business, Marketing, Economics, HR, or similar field.
You’ve got strong interpersonal skills and an eye for detail.
You enjoy interacting with people and have a positive attitude.
You can work independently but also enjoy collaboration with colleagues from cross-functional areas.
Fluent English is non-negotiable.
