The Diagnostics Insights Solution Management Team is part of Roche Diagnostics. We focus on developing and commercialising solutions with multiple components (digital, physical, and service offerings) to create value beyond individual products by comprehensively addressing customer needs.
As Business Solution Management Associate, you will support us in addressing the challenges in commercializing these integrated solutions. One of our key initiatives in commercializing integrated solutions with country organizations is the multi-year Stronger Solution Selling (S3) program. You will support the S3 core team in delivering strategic workshops with country organizations and optimizing essential solution-selling assets to help cross-functional affiliate teams better navigate Roche Diagnostic’s physical, digital, and service portfolios. This role offers a blend of project management and process refinement, providing a unique platform to shape how the organization delivers tailored value to its customers worldwide.
As a Business Solution Management Associate, you will help us in bridging the gap between strategic methodology and operational execution. Over the course of your one-year assignment, your core responsibilities will include:
Project Management & Delivery: Take ownership of assigned tasks with a focus on structuring complexity and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality assets.
Affiliate Support & Collaboration: Directly assist the S3 Core Team in driving activities with country organizations and country clusters.
Asset & Tool Optimization: Refine existing and develop new solution-selling tools to help teams better navigate Roche’s physical and digital offerings.
Change Management: Support ongoing activities aimed at sustaining the organizational shift toward effective solution selling.
Process Improvement: Potentially step up into a process improvement project to refine workflows, systems, or insights that improve the effectiveness of solution selling.
As Business Solution Management Associate, you'll work closely with team members in the S3 core team, as well as subregional and country teams. This role offers a great opportunity to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders for driving improvements in solution commercialization.
Your day-to-day will be dynamic and diverse, and could begin by coordinating with the S3 Core Team to support global affiliates and manage project deliverables. You might spend the morning organizing workshops or refining assets that help teams navigate Roche's complex solution portfolio. This involves a high degree of ownership, as you structure complex information into clear, high-quality tools for country organizations.
In the afternoon, you shift focus toward process optimization and change management. You might analyze workflows to improve solution-selling insights or collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the S3 methodology is effectively embedded across the region. Each day concludes by ensuring all project milestones are on track, balancing technical learning with a proactive, delivery-focused mindset.
