Business Process Expert Instrument Service (x|f|m) – Hybrid (Focus: Spare Parts Supply for Field Technicians)

We are looking for a Business Process Expert (x|f|m) for Sartorius Stedim Biotech GmbH in the Process Improvements &amp; Compliance department of Service BPS. In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end service processes, operating across an integrated system landscape that connects SAP S/4HANA (SD/CS/MM) with a Field Service Management (FSM) solution. You will act as the key link between Service Operations and IT, driving seamless, scalable, and customer-centric service processes. The scope covers request creation and operational planning to customer quotations, spare parts supply, engineer dispatch, on-site execution, and final invoicing. As part of international projects, you will drive the optimization, harmonization, and implementation of end-to-end processes and necessary systems across the company. <br>Take our service processes to the next level — strategically, customer-focused and effectively.
