The role requires strong end-to-end process expertise, ERP knowledge, and a continuous improvement mindset to support global stakeholders.</p><p><br /><b><u>Job Description</u></b></p><p><b><u>Tasks &amp; Responsibilities</u></b></p><ul><li>Act as <b>business process expert</b> for end‑to‑end processes with focus on <b>Customer Engagement and Order‑to‑Cash processes</b>.</li><li>Analyze, standardize and continuously <b>optimize business processes</b> across global stakeholders.</li><li>Support business users as <b>key contact for process and system topics</b> (ERP/CRM).</li><li>Drive <b>process improvements, automation and digitalization initiatives</b>.</li><li>Support system changes, releases and projects including <b>requirements definition, testing and training</b>.</li><li>Monitor <b>process performance and KPIs</b> and contribute to BPM governance and documentation.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>Qualifications &amp; Skills</u></b></p><ul><li>Degree in <b>Business Administration, Business Informatics</b> or comparable qualification.</li><li><b>Minimum 3&#43; years of relevant experience in Business Process Management, Customer Engagement or Order-to-Cash (mandatory).</b></li><li>Strong knowledge of end-to-end business processes and ERP systems (SAP preferred).</li><li>Hands-on experience in <b>Order-to-Cash processes including Order Handling, Pricing, and Incident Management.</b></li><li>Experience in <b>process modeling, optimization and stakeholder management</b>.</li><li>Exposure to automation, AI-driven initiatives, and digital transformation projects.</li><li>Analytical, structured and solution-oriented working style.</li><li><b>Strong communication skills and fluent English.</b></li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>Key Highlights</u></b></p><ul><li>Mandatory Order-to-Cash expertise</li><li>SAP / ERP experience required</li><li>Automation &amp; AI exposure preferred</li><li>Minimum 3&#43; years relevant experience</li><li>Work from Office - Bangalore</li></ul><p></p><p><b>About Sartorius </b></p><p></p><p>Sartorius is part of the solution in the fight against cancer, dementia, and many other diseases.
