Join Roche, where every voice matters.</p><h3></h3><p></p><h3>The Position</h3><p><b><span>Key Responsibilities</span></b></p><ul><li><b>Business Process Management Framework: </b>Sustain and fully implement Pharma China BPM Framework</li></ul><ul><li><b>Process Optimization</b></li><li>Defines process E2E together with their data strategies to be built and lead continuous improvement E2E process efficiency, effectiveness and user satisfactory, covering ~500 L4  processes in ASPIRE and other commercial processes</li></ul><ul><li>Leads local communities and networks</li><li>Bridge connection with global BPM team, benchmark good practices across the organization</li><li><span>Support to define BPM capability building plan for the organization and act as a coach</span></li><li><b>Process Performance Monitoring:</b> Support to define Process Performance Indicator (KPIs), <span>monitor and evaluate process performance, and report regularly.</span></li></ul><ul><li>Ensure that business processes are strategic alignment with overall strategy and goal</li><li><b>Project Management: </b>Lead complex projects beyond by applying professional methodologies (such as BPM, Lean or Six Sigma, project management).</li><li><b>Leadership and Influence:</b> Ability to influence stakeholders to adopt a new approach</li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Qualifications and Education Requirements</span></b></p><ul><li>Bachelor degree and master preferred</li><li>5&#43; years experience in process and project management</li><li><span>3</span><span>&#43; years experience in data management and system development</span></li><li><span>Professions in </span><a href="https://solutionsreview.com/business-process-management/why-is-process-improvement-so-important/" target="_blank"><span>process improvement</span></a><span>, process mapping, modeling, and analysis and project management  and lean methodologies</span></li><li>Strong analytical skills and a sense of innovation</li><li>Ability to influence others and achieve results in complex environments.</li><li>Business acumen and solid business knowledge in pharma industry</li><li>PMP and Six Sigma certificate Belt will be a plus.</li></ul><p><b><span>Preferred Qualifications:</span></b></p><ul><li>PMP, CBAP, Six Sigma, and other relevant certifications are preferred.</li><li>Experience working in multinational corporations or large enterprises is preferred.</li><li>Experience in digital transformation or process automation projects is preferred.</li></ul><p><b> </b></p><p><b> </b></p><p></p><h3>Who we are</h3><p style="text-align:left">A healthier future drives us to innovate.
