<p>By clicking the “Apply” button, I understand that my employment application process with Takeda will commence and that the information I provide in my application will be processed in line with Takeda’s <a href="https://jobs.takeda.com/privacynotice" target="_blank">Privacy Notice</a> and <a href="https://www.takeda.com/terms-and-conditions/" target="_blank">Terms of Use</a>.  I further attest that all information I submit in my employment application is true to the best of my knowledge.</p><p></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2><b>Job Description</b></h2><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2><b>Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</b></h2><p></p><p>Involve in budget cycle by preparing the raw data and input into the system, with no limited support</p><ul><li>Fully responsible in month-end and year-end close activity for plant operation (Productivity, Inventory closing, GIT, Indirect PO, AUC, CAPEX, FTE, COGS variances, IC margin, all)</li><li>Prepare monthly report for finance related KPI along with its analysis to management and Site Finance Head</li><li>Collaborate with local and Regional/OpU Finance teams to develop detailed explanation for variances between actual and plan</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to proactively problem-solve discrepancies</li><li>Coordinate inventory stock take inventory with related department (Supply Chain, Warehouse, Production) once a year</li><li>Conduct annual physical count of asset and tagging new fixed asset</li><li>Review and ensure completeness and documentation related with purchase with system (ARIBA)</li><li>Undergo regular and ad-hoc audits including Financial/Statutory audit, SOX, Internal control, Tax, Internal, Other External Handle CAPEX, AUC and Fixed asset for Plant (capitalization, disposal and transfer/movement asset)</li><li>Support TPORM for management Vendor</li><li>Work collaboratively with commercial team if needed</li><li>Support local fixed asset, asset tagging and verification, and project support where required</li></ul><p></p><p><b>EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS :</b></p><p></p><ul><li><span>Min Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance Management</span></li><li><span>Experience min 1 year in cost accounting (manufacturing company)</span></li><li><span>Fluent in English (verbal and written)</span></li><li><span>Hands on off MS office and SAP</span></li><li><span>Good initiative, commitment on target, drive solution, and improves continously</span></li><li><span>Good presentations and communication skills</span></li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2><b>Locations</b></h2>Bekasi, Indonesia<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2><b>Worker Type</b></h2>Employee<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2><b>Worker Sub-Type</b></h2>Fixed Term (Fixed Term)<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2><b>Time Type</b></h2>Full time
