<h3>Job Title</h3>Business Marketing Manager - Oral Health Care Western Europe<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><span style="font-size:14px">Oral Health Care (OHC) Business Marketing Manager Western Europe is responsible for shaping and executing the regional category strategy for Oral Health Care in Western Europe. This role drives portfolio strategy, go-to-market planning, and successful product introductions to accelerate sell-out growth and external win via market share, and to ensure a winning portfolio across the region.</span></p><p>Working closely with global OHC team, regional and zone teams, and cross-functional partners, this role ensures regional consumer, shopper, and professional insights are translated into strong commercial strategies and flawless execution.</p><p></p><p></p><p><b>Your role:</b></p><p></p><p><b>Regional Category & Business Strategy</b></p><ul><li>Develop and deliver the regional business plan for the Oral Health Care category in Western Europe, aligned with global strategy and annual operating plans – delivering the business plan based on agreed SPOR & AOP for Oral Health Care in Western Europe in close collaboration with zones and acts as key interface/ influencer to the global BU teams, determining key enablers to win in the market.</li><li>Act as the key regional marketing interface to global Business Units, ensuring regional market insights influence global strategy and portfolio decisions.</li><li>Own the Regional Marketing Plan and define the Commercial Champion priority areas across the 18-month planning horizon.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Portfolio Strategy & Management</b></p><ul><li>Define and implement the regional portfolio strategy, including product lifecycle management, portfolio optimization, and phase-in / phase-out decisions.</li><li>Ensure strong execution of New Product Introductions (NPI) across the region in line with the Market Introduction Process.</li><li>Identify and drive regional commercial innovation opportunities in alignment with global and regional priorities.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Go-to-Market </b></p><ul><li>Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to drive category growth across prioritized channels and markets. Drive promotional strategies in collaboration with regional and local teams.</li></ul><ul><li>Partner with commercial teams to translate strategies into impactful consumer, shopper, and professional activation plans.</li><li>Partner with the S&OP team to deliver the 18-month demand planning process (PxQ) for relevant sub-categories.</li><li>Determine and implement regional portfolio plan, including but not limited to phase in / out, pruning, perfect NPI execution, pricing (local RRPs), recommend STTI levels to global BU and deliver promotion calendar across countries and channels for the region. </li></ul><p></p><p><b>Consumer, Shopper & Market Insights</b></p><ul><li>Together with Consumer Strategy and Engagement team, drive strategies based on deep audience-specific insights (consumer, shopper, professional), resulting in category specific omni-channel experience and shopper journeys for prioritized channels, including A&P and media channel mix planning and delivery against source of business (for annual and forecast planning)</li><li>Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and category performance to continuously optimize strategy and execution.</li><li>Collaborate with Insights and Analytics teams to identify opportunities and close knowledge gaps.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Cross-Functional Leadership & Planning</b></p><ul><li>Lead cross-functional collaboration across marketing, commercial, supply chain, and other x-functional teams to deliver aligned regional strategies.</li><li>Ensure alignment between portfolio strategy, supply planning, and commercial execution.</li></ul><div></div><p><b>Expected Impact</b></p><ul><li>Drive sustainable category growth and market share gains in Western Europe.</li><li>Build a strong, competitive portfolio that reflects regional consumer and professional needs.</li><li>Deliver successful and timely product launches with strong commercial execution.</li><li>Strengthen collaboration between regional, zone and global teams.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>You're the right fit if:</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Product Management or equivalent.</li><li>+7 years of Marketing / Commercial experience</li><li>Proven experience in marketing, commercial, and / or portfolio strategy, ideally within a multinational organization.</li><li>Lean Six Sigma</li><li>Strong business and commercial acumen, with the ability to translate insights into winning market strategies and executions.</li><li>Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders.</li><li>Strong analytical mindset with experience using market and category data (e.g., GfK, IMS) leveraging LEAN methodology</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, next to influencing skills and natural authority</li><li>Ability to deal with complexity and eager to simplify</li><li>Ability to inspire collaboration and drive execution in complex, matrix organizations – with the spirit of radical collaboration.</li><li>Eager and willing to experiment with AI-driven tools, included but limited to marketing tools, automation and analytics to improve productivity and business excellence.</li><li>High learning agility and growth mindset.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Priority KPIs:</b></p><ul><li>Sell-in CSG% and Sell-out %</li><li>IGM%, ISM%</li><li>Sell out Market Share Gfk / IMS</li><li>R&R</li><li>Brand Desire </li><li>UHS</li><li>Portfolio Contribution Score</li><li>Deliver NPIs per plan and on time in full</li></ul><p></p><p><b>How we work together</b><br />We believe that we are better together than apart.
