Demonstrates skills in guiding and/or facilitating continuous Improvement projects.</p><p></p><p><b>What a typical day looks like:</b></p><ul><li><p>Serve as a change agent to promote Lean and Six Sigma practices across the organization.</p></li><li><p>Deploy Flex standard Lean principles, tools, and values throughout all departments.</p></li><li><p>Lead and facilitate Kaizen events to help the organization achieve key business objectives.</p></li><li><p>Apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate waste, reduce variation, and improve process performance.</p></li><li><p>Drive Yokoten and best-practice sharing from Flex corporate and other Flex sites according to project timelines.</p></li><li><p>Create, validate, and improve processes and standards based on Standard Work.</p></li><li><p>Deliver Industrial Engineering, Lean, and Six Sigma training to foster a strong continuous improvement culture.</p></li><li><p>Assess continuous improvement maturity across Operations, Supply Chain, and Office areas and lead initiatives to close identified gaps.</p></li><li><p>Lead and sustain the 5S program across the site.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure the Kaizen project pipeline aligns with business needs and priorities.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>The experience we’re looking to add to our team, </b></p><ul><li><p>Typically requires 5 years of related experience.</p></li><li><p>Engineering Degree – Industrial Engineering preferred.</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated analytical skills, including data analysis, cost-savings calculation, and ROI modeling.</p></li><li><p>Proven ability to facilitate Kaizen events and continuous improvement workshops.</p></li><li><p>Experience leading change management and building a CI culture.</p></li><li><p>Proficient Excel (Microsoft Office)</p></li><li><p>Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.</p></li><li><p>Manufacturing industry previous experience</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Here are a few of our preferred experiences:</b></p><ul><li><p>Experience in medical devices manufacturing</p></li><li><p>Proficiency with Minitab</p></li><li><p>Experience with Power BI</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with Agile document management software</p></li><li><p>ERP/MES familiarity (SAP, BaaN, Oracle, etc.)</p></li></ul><p>PF38</p><p>#LI-PF1</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b>What you&#39;ll receive for the great work you provide:</b></p><ul><li>Full range of medical, dental, and vision plans</li><li>Life Insurance</li><li>Short-term and Long-term Disability</li><li>Matching 401(k) Contributions</li><li>Vacation and Paid Sick Time</li><li>Tuition Reimbursement</li></ul><h2></h2><h2>Job Category</h2>Operational Excellence<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2></h2><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left">Is Sponsorship Available?</p>No<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
