If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2></h2><h2>Job Summary</h2><div></div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p>To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an <b>Business Excellence Leader</b> to join our Flex team located in <b>US Texas Austin.</b></p><p></p><p>Reporting to the <b>Business Excellence Manager, </b>the <b>Business Excellence Leader</b> will be in charge of continuously driving a culture of excellence in the organization and enabling waste removal activities using lean and six sigma approaches and tools and guiding actions to a sustainable conclusion.</p><p>.</p><p><b>What a typical day looks like:</b></p><ul><li><p>Work as a change agent and drive lean and six sigma activities as defined in the GBE A3.</p></li><li><p>Applying and deploying Flex Lean Enterprise Values across the entire organization.</p></li><li><p>In charge of eliminating waste and create value by reducing variation in the processes to achieve sustainable results throughout the organization and segment.</p></li><li><p>Utilize Continuous Improvement (Kaizen) techniques, initiate process improvements, cycle time reductions, cost reductions and other activities aimed at reducing/eliminating non-value-added activities in the process.</p></li><li><p>Create and validate processes/standards based on standard work and BPs</p></li><li><p>Identify, Drive and Yokoten Best practices-based Kaizen projects on the accord timelines</p></li><li><p>Conduct Industrial Engineering lean and six sigma training and accelerate the proliferation of Lean culture thru out the organization by guiding and facilitating Continues Improvement Lean Deployment.</p></li><li><p>Perform assessment of Continuous Improvement Maturity Tracker (CIMT) Operation/Supply chain/Office and drive initiatives to close gaps.</p></li><li><p>Agile participate in the selection and executions of lean and six sigma projects.</p></li><li><p>Transformation (continuous workshop in 90 days).
