By embedding the </span><i>Working by Outcomes (WBO) </i><span>approach, the role drives disciplined planning, agile execution, and continuous improvement to accelerate value delivery for patients and customers. Through strong facilitation, data-driven insights, and cross-functional alignment, the Business Enabling Coach ensures teams operate with clarity, accountability, and a culture of learning and excellence. </span></p><p></p><p><span>This is a leadership role that brings impact to the assigned teams/squads and beyond aiming to accelerate Delivery, improve strategy realization and operational excellence, the role works in close collaboration with other strategy and commercialization leadership roles to bring shared leadership to the teams.</span></p><p>Your Impact </p><p></p><p><b><b>Disease Area Team Enablement </b></b></p><p><span>∙ Acts as the operational driver and project lead for the Disease Area (DA) team, responsible for moving the team from strategic intent to tangible results. Facilitates the full planning and execution cycle—from setting the DA vision and ambition to realizing measurable outcomes for patients and customers. </span></p><p><span>∙ Owns the application and discipline of Agile methodologies across the team to ensure fast decision-making, cross-functional alignment, and clear accountability. </span><span>∙ Enables & facilitates the creation of an integrated team decision-making matrix, defining the team and individual accountabilities, helping the team to effectively navigate disagreements ensuring that decisions are made collectively with transparency & alignment. </span></p><p><span>∙ Embeds structured ways of working (WoW), drives clarity in roles, and removes operational blockers to ensure consistent delivery. Accountable for the integrity of the team’s operating model—overseeing team dynamics, leadership behavior, collaboration, and capability execution. </span></p><p><span>∙ Observes, captures, and escalates team-related issues to ISLs, PPoC enablers, and function heads. Co-leads targeted interventions with clear follow-up. </span></p><p><span>∙ Facilitates the team decision making matrix</span></p><p>Planning Discipline & Strategy Realization </p><p><span>∙ Owns the end-to-end team planning process. </span></p><p><span>∙ Leads structured planning cycles from ambition-setting and strategic prioritization to performance tracking and retrospective learning. </span></p><p><span>∙ Drives sharp focus on execution excellence and ensures all activities are tightly linked to strategic outcomes and value creation. </span></p><p><span>∙ Enforces clarity in ways of working through the definition of Definition of Done and success signals, ensuring the team operates with accountability and a bias for action. </span></p><p><span>∙ Promotes disciplined use of performance metrics to assess impact and trigger course correction where needed. Accountable for designing and managing the strategy realization structure—driving creation, prioritization, and resourcing of work packages (WPs) in line with affiliate planning frameworks. Partners with the ISL to run effective planning cadences and retrospectives, ensuring an operating rhythm built on execution, learning, and continuous adaptation. </span></p><p>Collaboration & Stakeholder Alignment </p><p><span>∙ Serves as the planning architect—responsible for ensuring that planning cycles are unified, inclusive, and fully integrated across functions. </span></p><p><span>∙ Proactively connects the dots across stakeholders, driving alignment and clarity in complex, fast-moving environments. </span></p><p><span>∙ Navigates cross-functional interdependencies and removes barriers to execution. </span><span>∙ Works closely with learning and capability to identify and prioritize development needs that directly support strategic business goals and team performance. </span></p><p>Continuous Improvement </p><p><span>∙ Identify skill & mindset gaps within designated pods & co-design solutions to strengthen their future needed skills. </span></p><p><span>∙ Facilitate team retrospectives, learning loops, & continuous improvement initiatives. </span></p><p><span>∙ Actively contributes to the evolution of business agility & excellence frameworks design and rollout across the organization. </span></p><p>License to Operate </p><p><span>∙ Ensure integrity, compliance and maintain our licence to operate in any external engagements, partnerships, collaborations, interfaces, decisions, negotiations, and contracting in Egypt. </span></p><p><span>∙ Ensure that the function proactively engages with internal compliance and legal resources to ensure full compliance before taking action and/or committing Roche to activities externally.</span></p><p></p><p><b><b>Who You Are </b></b></p><p><span>∙ You hold a bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. </span></p><p><span>∙ You have a minimum of 5 years in commercial senior roles, including agile team leadership experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Project Manager. </span><span>∙ You have a strong ability to connect strategic objectives with operational execution, to ensure that the team efforts create measurable impact and value for patients and customers. </span></p><p><span>∙ You demonstrate the ability to lead teams through transformation — removing barriers, enabling new ways of working, and ensuring tangible progress toward defined outcomes. </span><span>∙ You have the knowhow to enable a cross-functional team, drive the team’s planning discipline, rituals & cadence to catalyze the outcomes realization . </span></p><p><span>∙ You are an excellent communicator, who is able to align across diverse stakeholders, build trust, and influence outcomes through collaboration and shared purpose rather than hierarchy. </span></p><p><span>∙ You have exceptional mentoring, facilitation, and interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligence, you are skilled in building a psychologically safe team culture, rooted in trust, learning, inclusion & continuous improvement. </span></p><p></p><p></p><p><b> </b></p><p><b> </b></p><p></p><h3>Who we are</h3><p style="text-align:left">A healthier future drives us to innovate.
