Our solutions help improve patient outcomes and caregiver efficiency, reducing the risk of injury and hospital-acquired infections. <b>Find out more via:</b> https://www.stryker.com/ca/en/sage.html</p><p></p><p>This is a great opportunity to join one of the world’s leading medical technology organizations in a very meaningful role where you can truly make an impact and develop further in your career!</p><p></p><p><b>What you will do:</b></p><ul><li><p>In your new role, you will start with a familiarization phase with training to learn about our product portfolio and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>In collaboration with the Business Unit Director and the Marketing team, you will analyze the marketplace and develop effective territory/account sales strategies towards the growth of our business.</p></li><li><p>You will prospect new customers, understand their needs, while also providing ongoing service to existing customers – fostering trust relationships, customer loyalty and sales growth.</p></li><li><p>Identify direct sales opportunities, grow key accounts and conduct negotiations with hospital professionals, purchasing departments, ICU departments, etc.</p></li><li><p>With the product knowledge you’ll develop, you will inform and advise hospital professionals during workshops and presentations to drive compliance.</p></li><li><p>Prepare quotes in our CRM system for interested customers and be a reliable partner for our customers during order follow-up and after-sales: collaborating with internal teams to support smooth operations.</p></li><li><p>Participate in congresses, seminars and business meetings to identify potential new customers and to expand your knowledge for customer contact.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with colleagues from other Stryker Commercial divisions towards cross-departmental opportunities.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What you need: </b></p><p>Required:</p><ul><li><p>4&#43; years of professional experience, including experience in commercial fields such as business development, B2B sales, etc.</p></li><li><p>Degree or equivalent.</p></li><li><p>Excellent interpersonal communications and persuasion skills – with proficiency in <b>Dutch and English</b>.</p></li><li><p>Commercial and financial acumen: you are enthusiastic about (medical) technology – your resilience and desire to sell technical products with the best customer service are important elements to you.</p></li><li><p>Relationship skills: you appreciate contact with a wide variety of people and enjoy building and maintaining connections.
