Business Development & Marketing Manager

The ideal candidate should have experience in developing comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with commercial objectives, analyzing key market trends and competitive positioning, and identifying KPIs to measure marketing success. The candidate should also have experience in organizing marketing campaigns, using social media channels, managing website content and digital advertising campaigns, generating business development leads, and building relationships with KOLs, distributors, and clients. Additionally, they should participate in sales and marketing strategy meetings, prepare market analysis reports, utilize CRM systems, collaborate with R&D and regulatory teams, and coordinate with international distributors for localized marketing strategies.
