The Enterprise Go-to-Market (GTM) Business Development Leader for DI Enterprise Strategic Solutions (Diagnostic Imaging Enterprise and Strategic Accounts) serves as the enterprise GTM architect, shaping how Philips engages, prices, resources, and grows its largest and most complex customers across IDN, GPO. This role translates the Strategic Plan of Record (SPOR) into an integrated, multi-year GTM Business Development and roadmap aligned to the Diagnostic Imaging Enterprise and Strategic Accounts operating model and end-to-end customer experience, in close partnership with the NAM Leadership Team, business Enterprise leaders, and enabling functions.
Successful Enterprise is measured through improved enterprise customer experience, increased organizational productivity, and sustainable, profitable growth.
Your role:
Serve as the enterprise GTM Business Development owner for Diagnostic Imaging Enterprise and Strategic Accounts, aligned to the Diagnostic Imaging Enterprise and Strategic Accounts operating model and “One Philips” enterprise selling approach.
Own the end-to-end customer and sales engagement framework, from account Business Development and executive engagement through delivery, adoption, and lifecycle value.
Ensure GTM strategies deliver consistent, differentiated enterprise experiences across customer segments.
Define strategic Salesforce GTM use cases as the backbone for enterprise account activation and engagement orchestration.
Lead enterprise growth initiatives across the Diagnostic Imaging Enterprise and Strategic Accounts/HSS portfolio ($1B+ opportunity scope).
You’re the right fit if:
You’ve acquired 10+ years in enterprise GTM Business Development, sales leadership, sales operations, or Commercial Business Development
Your skills include proven success in DI Enterprise designing and deploying enterprise GTM, coverage, and incentive models; Strong track record leading matrixed, cross-functional transformations; Expert analytical capabilities across productivity, commercial economics, and performance metrics
You have a Bachelor's or Master's Degree
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
You have a strong executive presence with the ability to influence across all organizational levels
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This is a remote/field based role.

The pay range for this position in AL, AZ, AR, CO, DE, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MI, MS, MO, MN, NC, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WI, WV, or WY is $85,000 to $210,000.
The pay range for this position in AK, HI, MD, MN, and RI is $85,000 to $210,000.
The pay range for this position in CA, CT, DC, MA, NJ, NY, or WA is $85,000 to $210,000.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
