Our purpose: Life Unlimited.</p><p></p><p>This role will accelerate growth of Advanced Wound Management (AWM) products in the Hospital<br /><span>channel by managing strategic Hospital accounts.</span></p><p></p><p><b><span>What will you be doing?</span></b></p><ul><li>Achieve sales targets within assigned regions.</li><li>Review territory plans regularly with Line Manager.</li><li>Establish sales tactics that are strategically aligned to achieve territory sales<br /><span>and profit growth targets.</span></li><li>Ensure that all territory planning activities help drive the correct actions to<br /><span>maximize the return on investment.</span></li><li>Be fully conversant with assigned products through ongoing study and revision <span>of product literature.</span></li><li>Monitor territory sales progression to targets and initiate corrective action<br /><span>where appropriate.</span></li><li>Actively participate at all scheduled sales and team huddle meetings.</li><li>Provide support to team colleagues through sharing information, problem<br /><span>solving, contributing innovative ideas, and offering constructive opinions – </span><br /><span>leading to improved individual and team effectiveness.</span></li><li>Be fully conversant with and ensure everyone embraces the Smith&#43;Nephew’s<br /><span>vision, mission, and values in all day-to-day action.</span></li><li>OH&amp;S - Complies with the company’s occupational health and safety system<br /><span>and maintain a safe and secure working environment.</span></li><li>EEO - Ensure personal compliance of the Company’s equal employment<br /><span>responsibilities.</span></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>What will you need to be successful?</span></b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree or similar in Business and a valid driver’s license</li><li>Strong Sales experience in medical sales</li><li>Proven experience in working and presenting to all levels of Public and Private Hospitals.</li><li>In depth knowledge of the healthcare industry in Australia, working knowledge of wound care or related area.</li><li>Computer proficiency in MS Office and SalesForce.com</li><li>Ability to interpret and present clinical data.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>To apply, please ensure that you include a cover letter addressing it to Talent Acquisition Lead ANZ.
