The ideal candidate will be at the intersection of science, data, and business, helping to drive value through effective data management and strategic decision-making.</p><p></p><p><b>Your role within a pioneering company in full expansion:</b></p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li><b>Scientific Understanding:</b><ul><li>Collaborate with R&amp;D scientists to understand their needs and translate them into IT requirements.</li><li>Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Pharma R&amp;D to provide relevant insights and recommendations.</li></ul></li><li><b>Data Expertise:</b><ul><li>Ensure adherence to FAIR data principles (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Reusable).</li><li>Design and manage data flows, ensuring efficient data acquisition, storage, and retrieval.</li><li>Work closely with the Data Governor to implement robust data governance practices.</li><li>Analyze and manage the ingestion of external data from scientific partners, CROs, and other sources.</li></ul></li><li><b>Business Value Focus:</b><ul><li>Conduct cost-benefit analyses to prioritize projects and initiatives based on their potential value to the organization.</li><li>Develop business cases and project plans to support decision-making processes.</li><li>Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within the R&amp;D IT landscape.</li></ul></li><li><b>Collaboration and Communication:</b><ul><li>Liaise between R&amp;D scientists, IT teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.</li><li>Provide training and support to users to maximize the value derived from IT solutions.</li><li>Facilitate collaboration needs from translational research and data science teams, ensuring seamless data integration and usage.</li></ul></li><li><b>Specialized Areas:</b><ul><li>Support the PK/PD and tox data platform, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.</li><li>Address histology (biobank) and biomarker requirements, ensuring data is properly managed and utilized.</li></ul></li><li><b>Documentation and Compliance:</b><ul><li>Manage the proper documentation of requirements, ensuring clarity and completeness.</li><li>Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes to validate that solutions meet business needs and requirements.</li><li>Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, particularly for late PK/PD and Tox data, which are subject to GxP (Good Practice) standards.</li></ul></li></ul><p></p><p>This position is compatible with teleworking up to 2 days a week after the trial period.</p><p></p><p>We offer an attractive remuneration/benefits package: Incentives, profit-sharing, Pierre Fabre shareholding with matching contribution, health and provident insurance, 16 days of holidays (RTT) in addition to 25 days of personal holidays, public transport participation, very attractive CE.</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><h1></h1><h1><span class="emphasis-3"><b><b>Who you are ?</b></b></span></h1><div><div><div><div><div><div><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><div><h1></h1></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div><div><p><b>Your skills at the service of innovative projects:</b></p><ul><li>Master’s degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Bioinformatics) or equivalent experience.</li><li>Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, preferably within R&amp;D.</li><li>Strong understanding of data governance, data flows, and FAIR data principles.</li><li>Experience with electronic lab notebooks (eLN) and other R&amp;D IT systems is a plus.</li><li><b>Language Proficiency:</b> Fluent in French and at least C1 level in English.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Preferred Skills:</b></p><ul><li>Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., ECBA, CCBA, CBAP) is highly desirable.</li><li>Experience with project management methodologies and tools.</li><li>Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance in the pharmaceutical industry.</li></ul></div><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><i>We are convinced that diversity is a source of fulfillment, social balance and complementarity for our employees, which is why our offers are open to all, without restriction.</i></p>
