Apply now to be part of an innovative team dedicated to improving cancer patient outcomes through actionable insights and analytics.</p><p><br /><b>Job Description:</b></p><ul><li>Support the oncology insights and market data strategy for Pierre Fabre’s portfolio which spans across Melanoma, Colorectal Cancer, Lung Cancer, Breast Cancer, and Epstein-Barr Virus–Positive Posttransplant Lymphoproliferative Disease (PTLD)</li><li>Collaborate with global brand teams to understand their strategic priorities</li><li>Generate market insight to support development of annual Brand Planning (brand plan, brand reviews, deep dive exercises ….) consolidating primary and secondary insights and data</li><li>Assist marketing teams by delivering relevant insights and acting as an analytical partner</li><li>Work in coordination with other analysts dedicated to related therapeutic areas</li><li>Manage multiple oncology projects, ensuring timely delivery of analyses</li><li>Partner with marketing, finance, medical, and other departments within Pierre Fabre</li><li>Support the evaluation of external business development opportunities and provide market insights for early pipeline and in-line products</li><li>Role may also involve support on insights and market data for Pierre Fabre Pharmaceutical care and Dermatology</li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>Key Responsibilities:</u></b></p><p><b>Project Management &amp; Team Contribution:</b></p><ul><li>Participate in developing the Business Insights team’s processes</li><li>Identify opportunities for improvement in planning and performance processes</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Strategic Insights Generation:</b></p><ul><li>Conduct qualitative and quantitative primary research projects with patients or health care professionals including market/brand long-term trackers to understand the oncology landscape and patient needs</li><li>Manage the entire MR process in respect of Pierre Fabre policies, local and global compliance rules: identify best market research techniques, best vendors, monitor recruitment, analyze/triangulate results and make strategic recommendations. Ensure the leveraging of MR insights by all internal customers</li><li>Leverage secondary data sources (e.g., IQVIA, epidemiology databases, etc.) to build a comprehensive view of brand performance</li><li>Synthesize various data sources to guide decision-making for Pierre Fabre</li><li>Animate ideation and gap analysis with brands team to frame key business questions and provide recommendations on the associated most relevant analytical and research approaches</li><li>Monitor and analyze competitors’ clinical development, launches, and promotional activities, and integrate implications into forecasts and brand strategies</li><li>Contribute to generating actionable insights to support oncology launches and in-line product strategies</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Analytics &amp; Performance Tracking:</b></p><ul><li>Support the development of forecasts, KPIs, and dashboards for oncology product performance reports</li><li>Work closely with Franchise and countries to ensure alignment on key figures and performance metrics</li><li>Track KPIs influencing commercial forecasts and identify performance deviations</li><li>Align with key countries on their performance results and forecast</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Forecasting:</b></p><ul><li>Support the development and consolidation of global and key‑country forecasts in collaboration with finance and international brand teams</li><li>Define robust and accurate global and national long-term forecasts over the planning period (10-year) with clear identification and quantification of changes versus prior submission and prior year</li><li>Ensure proactively all forecasts’ assumptions are fully documented and triangulated with external sources, proxies ….</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><h1></h1><h1><span class="emphasis-3"><b><b>Who you are ?</b></b></span></h1><div><div><div><div><div><div><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><div><h1></h1></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div><p><b>Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in consulting or marketing insights, ideally in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry with exposure to oncology.</li><li>Ability to work in both French &amp; English</li><li>Basic understanding of oncology market dynamics and treatment landscapes.</li><li>Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., sciences, business, healthcare).</li><li>Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.</li><li>Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Role level and reporting:</b></p><ul><li>Individual contributor role</li><li>Reports to the Head of Market Insights within the Strategy and Market Insights (SMI) department</li></ul><p></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><i>We are convinced that diversity is a source of fulfillment, social balance and complementarity for our employees, which is why our offers are open to all, without restriction.</i></p>
