Business Analyst (Data Visualization)
You will play a key role in transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights that support patient safety, quality, and operational decision‑making. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, clinical experts, and leadership to design impactful dashboards, validate analytical outputs, and ensure insights are translated into real operational improvements.
This role is ideal for candidates with strong analytical thinking and excellent communication skills.
Your role:
Your responsibilities will include:
Data Visualization & Storytelling
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards using Power BI or equivalent visualization tools.
- Transform complex datasets into clear and intuitive data stories tailored for leadership and business stakeholders.
- Ensure dashboard usability through strong visual design, logical architecture, and user‑centric layouts.
- Document metric definitions, logic, assumptions, and data sources clearly and consistently.
Business Analytics & Problem Framing
- Understand patient safety and quality workflows to contextualize analytical needs.
- Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical problems.
- Define KPIs, metrics, and success criteria aligned with business outcomes.
- Connect analytics to real operational decisions, ensuring insights lead to meaningful actions.
- Communicate findings in a structured, concise, and non‑technical way.
Validation & QA
- Prepare and execute test plans, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation documentation.
- Support controlled releases of dashboards and analytical products.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure data accuracy and the reliability of analytical outputs.
Collaboration
- Work closely with domain experts, leadership, and cross‑functional teams.
- Translate business requirements into clear analytical and visualization needs.
- Provide ongoing support to business stakeholders using data-driven insights.
You're the right fit if:
- Strong skills in data visualization and dashboard development (Power BI or similar tools).
- Demonstrated ability to translate data into clear narratives and business insights.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Basic knowledge of Python and SQL (not required, but beneficial).
- Familiarity with Azure, Microsoft Fabric, or other analytical platforms.
- Experience working with patient safety, clinical operations, or regulated environments.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in analytics, data visualization, or business analysis (international experience preferred).
- Backgrounds such as Clinical Research Associate with analytical interest are welcome.
